Planning a trip is always exciting, but unexpected circumstances can force you to change your travel plans. If you are flying with Fiji Airways, it is important to understand their flight change policy so that you can easily make the necessary changes. In this article, we will discuss the changes to Fiji Airways' flight policy, including the associated fees and potential restrictions.
Travelers on Fiji Airways flights are permitted to bring one carry-on bag (two in Business Class), each weighing no more than 7 kg (15 lbs), along with one small personal item, like a purse or laptop.
Fiji Airways applies the Piece Policy to checked baggage (free baggage allowance and excess baggage fees) on all flights, including Fiji Link flights. If both sectors are booked on the same ticket, the international baggage allowance will also apply to the domestic trip when connecting from an international aircraft operated by Fiji Airways to a local flight operated by Fiji Link, and vice versa. The baggage allowance indicated on each ticket will be applicable if purchased individually.
The total dimensions of the bags shall not exceed 118cm (46"), with a maximum size of 55cm X 40cm X 23cm (with handles and wheels). In addition to their cabin baggage allotment, clients may bring one compact personal item, such as a laptop or pocketbook.

How can I ensure that my luggage will arrive with me?
-Personal identification must be attached to the outside of all checked bags. We also recommend keeping identity information inside your luggage in case the outer identification is removed or lost. You should always keep medicine, money, valuable documents, keys, jewelry, cameras, and other tiny fragile goods in your carry-on luggage in case your checked baggage becomes separated from you for an extended period.
How can I make contact with Lost and Found?
-If you misplaced an item on one of our flights or in one of our lounges, please contact our local Baggage Services Offices at Contact us and report your loss.
What should I do if my baggage is delayed or missing?
-If your baggage is not ready for collection upon arrival, we recommend you to report it to the airport Baggage Service counter or a local Fiji Airways agent before leaving the airport. If you are unable to submit a report before leaving the airport, please refer to the Time Limits.
